The following actions are strictly prohibited and legal action will be taken when detected:

Recording content by any method

Screen recording
Taking screenshots/videos with software or hardware

Sharing content
Sharing on social media, messaging, or any platform

Selling or distributing content
Distributing for commercial or non-commercial purposes

Uploading to other platforms
Uploading to YouTube, Vimeo, Telegram, or any platform

Penalties for Violations

When unauthorized use is detected, the following actions are taken immediately:

Compensation per video

$500

Per person who viewed the video

Legal Process

DMCA Takedown process is initiated
Platform and account are permanently closed
Compensation lawsuit is filed
Criminal proceedings are initiated if necessary
Notifications are sent to relevant platforms (YouTube, Telegram, etc.)
