Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using the Reference Locksmith Academy platform, you agree to these terms of service and privacy policy.

2. Account Responsibility

• You are responsible for the security of your account
• Do not share your account information with others
• Report suspicious activity immediately
• Each user may only open one account

3. Prohibited Behaviors

• Recording, downloading, or copying content
• Screen recording
• Sharing content with third parties
• Allowing others to use your account
• Actions that jeopardize platform security
• Providing false or misleading information

4. Account Suspension and Termination

Your account may be suspended or permanently closed in the following cases:

• Violation of terms of service
• Copyright infringement
• Fraud or forgery
• Harming other users

5. Payment and Refunds

• All payments are made in Turkish Lira (TRY) or US Dollars (USD)
• As this is a digital content sale, no refunds are made after purchase
• Contact our support team for technical issues

6. Limitation of Liability

Reference Locksmith Solutions does not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption. Service interruptions may occur due to technical issues, maintenance work, or force majeure.

7. Prohibition of Account Transfer, Sale and Unauthorized Use

(Contract Law + Intellectual Property Basis)

The User acknowledges, declares and undertakes that the account created on the platform and the right to access the purchased training content is a personal, exclusive, non-transferable and limited use license.

The User may not sell, transfer, rent, lend, share or allow third parties to use their account, access information or right to access training in any way. This prohibition covers all scenarios of direct or indirect use, commercial or non-commercial.

In case of violation of this article, the platform provider;

• Suspending or permanently closing the user account without prior notice
• Immediately terminating access to training

has the rights. In this case, the user accepts in advance that they cannot claim any refund, compensation or rights.

This article;

• Contract Law & Copyright Act (17 U.S.C.) in the USA
• Copyright Act (R.S.C., 1985) in Canada
• Law No. 5846 on Intellectual and Artistic Works in Turkey

is based on the author's right to license and restrict use.

8. Prohibition of Resale, Training and Competition

(7-Year Term – Know-How & IP Protection)

The User acknowledges that all training content, presentation techniques, methodology, systematics, field applications and know-how information provided within the scope of the platform are trade secrets and intellectual property belonging to the platform.

The User, for a period of 7 (seven) years from the date of purchasing the training;

• The training received or similar content
• Paid or free
• On their own behalf or on behalf of third parties
• Online or physical environment
• Under names such as training, course, mentoring, coaching, consulting, workshop or similar

may not sell, market, share, provide training, become a partner or participate directly or indirectly in any platform established for this purpose.

This prohibition;

• Establishing their own training platform
• Being a trainer or partner on a platform belonging to someone else
• Being in positions that will provide indirect income

also covers.

This article;

• Trade Secret Law / Unfair Competition Doctrine in the USA and Canada
• TBK Art.444–447 (non-competition) and FSEK in Turkey

is regulated based on the principles.

9. Liquidated Damages

The User, of this agreement;

• Account transfer and unauthorized use
• Unauthorized sharing of training content
• Training / resale / non-competition prohibition

acknowledges that it is difficult to calculate the damage that the platform provider will suffer in advance in case of violation of any of the articles.

This amount;

• "reasonable pre-estimate of damages" in US and Canadian law
• TBK Art.179 et seq. penalty clause in Turkish law

has been determined in accordance with the principles.

Collection of the penalty clause does not eliminate the platform provider's right to claim by proving higher damages.
